Arsenal stayed top of the Premier League by defeating Fulham 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon.
Both Gunners goals came from Santi Cazorla, the first a fine finish after some intricate approach play and the second a low 20-yard strike.
Fulham frustrated their hosts for much of the game, and may even have taken the lead through Steve Sidwell's well-saved volley. But Arsene Wenger's men did what they had to do, and they remain a point clear of free-scoring Manchester City.
The defeat leaves Fulham perilously close to the relegation zone - just a point clear of 18th-placed West Ham United.
