Well, Cristiano Ronaldo can't win them all.
He may have the Ballon d'Or but Diego Costa has the votes, and possibly the hearts of readers of Spanish newspaper Marca.
A poll run this week on Marca.com appealing for votes for La Liga's best player, saw Costa usurp the Portuguese forward in the voting.
Costa accrued 53.8 per cent of the vote, leaving Cristiano Ronaldo trailing in second with Real Sociedad's Antoine Griezmann third.
He has an incredible 19 goals in 19 La Liga games this season, and Arsenal and Chelsea have both been heavily linked with his signature.
For Costa the vote is a good sign he is being well received in Spain on the most part. In the game earlier this year he was the subject of taunting from away fans who made clear they did not accept him as a Spaniard, having switched nationalities under residency rules to play for La Roja at the upcoming World Cup.
While just a small accolade, it's a sign of the calibre of player Arsenal and Chelsea both hope to add to their ranks this summer - and the team who are lucky enough will likely instantly become favourites for the 2014/15 title.
