CONFIRMED: Aston Villa v Arsenal line-ups - Gnabry and Giroud start for the Gunners

Aston Villa host Arsenal kick-off at 8pm at Villa Park.

The line-ups for the fixture are as follows:

Aston Villa Guzan, Lowton, Vlaar, Baker, Clark, Luna, Delph, Westwood, El Ahmadi, Agbonlahor, Benteke

Subs: Steer, Sylla, Bacuna, Tonev, Helenius, Weimann, Albrighton

Arsenal Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Wilshere, Flamini, Cazorla, Ozil, Gnabry, Giroud

Subs: Fabianski, Jenkinson, Gibbs, Rosicky, Podolski, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ju-Young Park

Villa come into the game desperate to put on a performance in front of their home fans after humiliatingly losing to Sheffield United last time out.

They face a tough time against a rested and in-form Arsenal who have won their last four games in all competitions.

Arsenal are also out for revenge for their opening day humiliation at the hands of Villa, losing 3-1 on that occasion.

Since then the Gunners have kicked on and can go back to the top of the Premier League table with a win, while a draw would take them level on points with second-placed Chelsea.

Villa sit 11th heading into the fixture but need just a point to leapfrog Hull City into the top 10.
