The Tottenham striker is remaining positive despite losing out against his former employers on Saturday in the FA Cup.
Tottenham fans and players could be forgiven for feeling slightly sorry for themselves after losing out to bitter North London rivals Arsenal in the FA Cup on Saturday.
Emmanuel Adebayor cut a forlorn figure during the 2-0 loss against his former employers, and has more reason than most after the elimination from the tournament.
However, the Togolese international has pledged to work harder than ever to remedy things and ensure that the White Hart Lane club’s season is a success.
After the game, Adebayor posted this picture on Instagram, with a surprisingly positive message attached.
The following tag line was attached: SEA, i will come back stronger from yesterday defeat. #gym #dedication #workhard #playhard #godisthereason #mawulolo #godisincontrol #nevergiveup ( life’s good )
This can only be positive news for the Tottenham faithful, as a motivated Adebayor can be a real asset for Tim Sherwood’s men.
