Douglas Baggio has played a blinder v Santo Andre in the Sao Paulo Youth Cup.
In November 2012 Chelsea were heavily linked with Brazilian starlet Douglas Baggio, and his statistics alone told the story.
In the calendar year 2012, at the age of 17, he scored a sensational 72 goals in 53 games - and Chelsea were soon declared the favourites to snap him up.
The Brazilian contingent at Chelsea has continued to grow in recent years - with Willian, Oscar and Wallace all joining the likes of Ramires, David Luiz and Lucas Piazon at the club - but Baggio is not one of them.
Named after former Italian football Roberto Baggio he was also on the radar of Real Madrid last year - so Jose Mourinho will certainly know about him as well.
AC Milan, Napoli and Barcelona have also been credited with an interest in the player - but what is he up to now?
Because as yet that big move hasn’t happened, and he is still plying his trade for Flamengo in his Brazilian homeland - but recently grabbed headlines in Brazil.
He was playing for Flamengo’s under-19s in a recent Sao Paolo Youth Cup match-up against rivals Santo Andre.
He scored one of the goals in the game but pulled the strings throughout and received wide plaudits for his performance in the game.
So now, with Chelsea and Mourinho reunited - could their shared love of this boy see him arrive at Stamford Bridge?
Here he is in action…
