Arsenal have four players included after their scintillating start to this season – but who is adjudged as their top player for 2013 by the team of 15 footballing experts?
He is adjudged as the 12th best player in world football for 2013, moving up from 17th place from the year before.
Aaron Ramsey has had a fantastic year, and has been a driving force in the Arsenal midfield this term. The Wales international is recognised in 49th position, having not made the cut last year.
Next up is Santi Cazorla, a man that has been eclipsed somewhat since Ozil’s arrival at the club. The Spain international is in 67th place though, moving up from 73rd position in 2012.
Finally, Laurent Koscielny has been recognsed for Arsenal’s miserly defensive effort this season, coming into the list at 74th place – his first inclusion.
