A round up of key transfer stories about Tottenham Hotspur this morning.
Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Juventus forward Mirko Vucinic.
Despite the resurgence of Emmanuel Adebayor in the Spurs first team, the Daily Star has reported that the North Londoners could be interested in signing the Montenegrin.
The report suggests a fee of around £10 million and Spurs will also have to contend with interest from Manchester United.
Tottenham are once again being linked with a move for Real Madrid star Alvaro Morata.
Spurs were strongly linked with the forward last summer, with several reports suggesting former boss Andre Villas-Boas was keen to have him included in the Gareth Bale deal.
“Morata remains with us because we need a footballer like him at Real Madrid this season. Although he has not played many matches this season I have confidence in his work for the team,” said Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti on the youngster.
Tottenham Hotspur will not be signing Frank de Boer as their new manager.
De Boer had been strongly linked with the job at White Hart Lane but he’s suggested that he will not be leaving Ajax any time soon.
“I’m very satisfied with the Ajax job. I’d only leave once there is no more challenge here,” he told reporters.
