A round up of key transfer stories about Chelsea this morning.

Chelsea and Inter Milan have reportedly reached an agreement over Fredy Guarin.

The Colombian has been strongly linked with a switch to the West London side after a number of impressive performances for the Serie A giants so far this season.

Sky Sport has reported that the player’s agent has travelled to Italy in order to put the final touches to the deal.

Another Chelsea have been strongly linked with since the weekend is Zenit St Petersburg’s Hulk.

Hulk has been mentioned alongside Chelsea for several months but speculation is building as the January transfer window closes in.

Hulk is reportedly unhappy at the Russian club and is thought to be keen on a move away to a new challenge.

A player who could be leaving is young versatile midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.

Several sources are suggesting that German side Bayer Leverkusen are ready to offer the Belgian a way out of Stamford Bridge.

“We have never made any secret of our interest in the player. But we know that there are many clubs interested in him. Despite our position in the Bundesliga, we are looking for players to improve us,” sporting director Rudi Voller told Sky Deutschland.
