Tottenham faces of the past are feuding in the wake of Andre Villas-Boas sacking.
A time of crisis for Tottenham, and now two of their most high profile former figures are taking shots at each other on Twitter.
Former playing hero Gary Lineker had given his backing for ex England boss Glenn Hoddle to be considered by Daniel Levy for a return to White Hart Lane.
Ex-chairman Lord Sugar was not impressed, telling Lineker to 'leave off' on Twitter.
And with that the Match of the Day host took a finely aimed potshot at Sugar, describing him as a non-football person who appointed Christian Gross, one of the worst Tottenham bosses of the past two decades.
Gross was appointed by Lord Sugar back in 1997, and was fired just nine months later after a torrid record.
The Swiss boss did go onto prove himself, spending 10 seasons with FC Basel, winning nine domestic trophies and managing them in the Champions League.
He is however currently unemployed. Nobody tell Daniel Levy...
