A round up of the latest transfer stories about Chelsea this morning.
The Mirror has reported that Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne is demanding talks with Jose Mourinho before Christmas.
De Bruyne is thought to want clarification over his role at Stamford Bridge over the rest of the season with the World Cup in Brazil just around the corner.
“In two weeks we have an appointment in London, and we will learn more,” said De Bruyne’s agent Patrick de Koster.
Chelsea will reportedly offer Demba Ba in an attempt to sign Fredy Guarin from Inter Milan.
The Blues have been strongly linked with the player this week, with Manchester United also thought to be interested in him.
Guarin has featured prominently in the Inter side this season making 15 appearances and would be eligible to play in the Champions League.
Chelsea have suffered a blow in their pursuit of German wonder kid Julian Brandt.
The 17-year-old has scored 22 goals for Wolfsburg’s under-19 side since the beginning of last season courting attention from some of Europe’s top clubs.
He is set to sign a five-and-a-half year deal with Leverkusen when the transfer window opens up next month.
