The legendary attacking midfielder hit a spectacular free-kick and also scored a penalty for Atletico Mineiro against Vitoria on Sunday.
With Brazil hosting the World Cup this summer, Luiz Felipe Scolari has a plethora of attacking talent to select from for the event on home soil.
One man that seems ready to stake a claim for inclusion is veteran Ronaldinho, who returned from injury to feature for Atletico Mineiro on Sunday night against Vitoria.
The former Barcelona and AC Milan man had been on the sidelines for over two months, but made a spectacular return at the weekend.
With his side 2-0 down at home, Ronaldinho turned back the years to net this remarkable free-kick to get his side back in the game.
However, the talisman wasn’t finished there and also scored a last-minute penalty to earn his side a 2-2 draw and make a real statement to Scolari ahead of the World Cup.
