Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not your average Manchester United legend.
Despite all the players before and after him, he has been elevated to a level reserved for the very best, in no small part due to his match-winning strike in the Champions League final that sealed United’s historic treble.
Since leaving Old Trafford, he has carved out an impressive managerial career at his former club Molde, winning back-to-back league titles and the Norwegian Cup.
However, reports earlier today suggested he could soon be on his way back to England.
Journalist Kristan Heneage tweeted that Solskjaer had postponed contract talks with Molde. He later reported comments from the club’s chairman, stating that the former Norway international had asked for time to consider his future and had been given until Christmas.
So could the former United man soon be on his way back to England, either to take on a job in the Championship or possibility at a Premier League club?
Only time will tell. But as you can see from the tweets below, English fans may not have seen the last of the baby-faced assassin.
