Brazilian says he will be staying at PSG.
The man Manchester United missed out on in the summer of 2012 has been linked with a surprising exit from PSG of late, after failing to command a regular starting spot.
A lack of top form also saw him dropped from Brazil's recent friendly squad, heightening the suggestions he could look for a loan away from the club in January ahead of the World Cup.
Just this week Liverpool were linked with reigniting their interest in him, having originally chased the winger in 2011, with Manchester United linked again in late October. Juventus were last week suggested as a potential destination in a swap deal with Paul Pogba.
Lucas Moura has now finally come out to discuss his future personally, and it's bad news for his suitors.
He told French radio station RMC: "My goal is to continue to PSG. I love being here, everyone treats me well, I learn many things. I am happy in Paris and I want to leave a trace here."
A gamble perhaps from Lucas considering his World Cup options, but if he is happy where he is, he can achieve his goal. The fight to hold down a regular spot at PSG is intense, however should he do so and hit top form - then you imagine a recall to the Brazil squad will automatically follow.
