5 – Both Arsenal and Everton have kept clean sheets in 5 of each of their last 6 Premier League fixtures. Arsenal have won five of those, scoring 11 goals and conceding just 1. Everton have won 3 and drawn 3 of their last 6, scoring 10 goals and conceding 3 (all versus Liverpool) in that run.

6 – Following their 2-1 loss at home to Tottenham on Wednesday, Fulham have now lost 6 consecutive games. During this run, the Cottagers have scored just 3 goals and conceded 16. Fulham host Aston Villa this weekend who are unbeaten in their last five.

7 – Marouane Fellaini has failed to win all 7 Premier League matches he has started this season. The latest was a 1-0 loss at home to Everton. He started the season with three draws as an Everton player before transferring to Manchester United. He has started in draws against Southampton and Cardiff as well as a loss to Manchester City before Wednesday’s latest result. Manchester United host Newcastle in Saturday’s lunchtime kickoff.

8 – Southampton have conceded 8 goals in their last 3 Premier League games after starting the season conceding 5 goals in their first 11 matches. Things don’t get any easier for the Saints this weekend when they play host to Manchester City who are coming off their second away win of the season, midweek at West Brom. Manuel Pellegrini’s side have scored a league high 40 goals through 14 games.

12 – Luis Suárez has scored as many Premier League goals as Liverpool’s opponents West Ham on Saturday. The Hammers have scored 12 goals in their 14 Premier League matches after being shut out in their 1-0 loss at Crystal Palace on Tuesday. Suárez has netted 12 goals in 9 games after being suspended for the first five games of the season. Crystal Palace (8), Cardiff City (11) and Sunderland (11) have all scored fewer than the player.

12 – Manchester United are as many points behind leaders Arsenal as they are ahead of relegation placed Fulham and Crystal Palace. 28 – Tom Huddlestone has had the most shots in the Premier League this season without registering a single goal. The Hull City midfielder came close in their 3-1 victory over Liverpool last weekend but his weak effort was headed in by Martin Škrtel. His last goal came for Tottenham in a 3-3 draw with Arsenal on 20 April 2011. He has played 50 games since (club and country, including under 21s but excluding friendlies). 549 – Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke has not scored in any of his last 8 Premier League matches. The Belgian striker has played 549 minutes and had 22 shots since scoring the consolation in Villa’s 2-1 home loss to Newcastle back in mid-September.
