Would Manchester City striker be better off moving to Italy?

Stevan Jovetic has made just one Premier League start since completing a big-money move to Manchester City. Inter are offering him a way out.

Stevan Jovetic was once the talk of the town.

Forever linked with a Premier League move at Fiorentina, the Montenegro forward always seemed destined to complete a big-money move to England and take our little island by storm.

But the reality could not have been different for the 24-year-old since moving to Manchester City this season.

Although Manuel Pellegrini's side have become known for their prolific goalscoring at the Etihad Stadium, Jovetic has started just once in the Premier League and played a total of 87 minutes for the Manchester club.

Should the young striker, then, jump at the chance to leave City if he were offered it?

That decision may have to come quicker than expected, as Inter are reportedly ready to bring Jovetic back to Serie A on a temporary basis.

Inter sporting director Marco Branca has apparently contacted City officials to discuss the possibility of a January loan move - and it looks like Pellegrini and co. will not mind too much.

So should Jovetic take the opportunity to shine at a different club, perhaps proving his worth both to Manchester City and other potential suitors?

Or should he stay at the Etihad Stadium and keep fighting a losing battle for a place in the City side?

The choice is his.
