CONFIRMED - Cardiff City v Arsenal starting line-ups - Flamini on the bench

Who will start the game between Cardiff City and Arsenal at the Cardiff City Stadium this afternoon?

Arsenal travel to Cardiff City today - knowing that if they win they will go seven points clear at the top of the table with their nearest competitors all playing tomorrow.

The away day at Cardiff City is perhaps most important to Aaron Ramsey - who has the chance to play against his former team, and will be hoping for a positive response from the home fans.

Cardiff however will be buoyed by their Premier League home form - their draw with Manchester United last weekend yet another sign of their stubbornness at the Cardiff City Stadium.

The Bluebirds also have no injuries to worry about ahead of the game - but Malky Mackay has a selection headache courtesy of Kim Bo-Kyung and Craig Bellamy.

Arsene Wenger welcomes Kieran Gibbs back from illness, while Theo Walcott is pressing for a start after his recent return from injury.

So decisions must be made from both teams.

One thing for sure is that Cardiff will not take it easy against the Premier League leaders - and Arsenal will need to be at their best to overcome their hosts.

Here is the confirmed team news for the Cardiff City v Arsenal game this afternoon…
