The Manchester United starlet has already proven himself a top Championship player when he starred for Leicester City in their play-off last season, and was nominated for their 'Player of the Year award' in the process.
Club officials were quick to praise manager Steve McClaren and recently appointed 'Head of Football Operations' Chris Evans for their hard work for pulling the deal off, and adds real weight to Derby County's promotion bid.
However, arguably the potentially biggest winner here is of course the England national team.
Liverpool sent England-under 21 captain Andre Wisdom to Derby County a few weeks ago, and now he will be joined by his centre defensive partner Michael Keane.
Neither Manchester United or Liverpool will entertain the thought of losing either player, so their time at Derby County could be used to build a potential partnership between two extremely talented youngsters.
Although, Andre Wisdom has been utilised at right back since his move there is still definitely scope for the two to bond.
Add to the fact they will also team-up with potential future England internationals in Will Hughes and Mason Bennett, who are also regulars in the England youth side. There is definitely something exciting about what this move could potentially mean in the future.
All 4 players will be in the squad for Sunday's game against Wigan Athletic, as Derby look to prove why they're the side everyone should keep their eye on this season.
Do you think the 4 England prospects lining up in the same side could build a bond for future years?
