Wenger sees Napoli threat

Arsenal are in pole position in Champions League Group F but Arsene Wenger is still wary of a tricky trip to Napoli.

Arsenal will qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League unless they fall to a three-goal defeat at Napoli's Stadio San Paolo, but Arsene Wenger is taking nothing for granted.

A 2-0 win over Marseille saw the Gunners move on to 12 points, three clear of Borussia Dortmund and Napoli, who are tied on nine points.

The result moves Wenger's side to the brink of qualification for the next round, but Napoli's Stadio San Paolo can be an intimidating place to visit.

Napoli players Lorenzo Insigne and Goran Pandev have warned Arsenal to expect a tough test in Campania and Wenger seems to agree.

"I will have to play a full-strength team against Napoli," Wenger told journalists after the win over Marseille.

"I can't take any risks. It's the first time I've seen that 12 points isn't enough after 150 Champions League games.

"It's unbelievable but that's the reality. It's tricky but we have to finish the job."

Napoli have been on poor form of late, losing 3-0 to Juventus before suffering a shock 1-0 reverse at home to Parma ahead of their 3-1 Champions League defeat against Borussia Dortmund.

However, the Partenopei's home record in Serie A this season is pretty impressive with five wins, one draw and one defeat. Rafa Benitez's men have conceded just three times and scored 14.
