Arsenal's progression from the group stage of the Champions League remains in their own hands and a win over Ligue 1 representatives Olympique Marseille, who are yet to score a point in Europe, would fortify the Gunners' standing at the top of the table.
The most notable inclusion in Arsene Wenger's selection is French midfield hound-dog Mathieu Flamini who returns to the field following a suspension he served last weekend, as he sat out of the win over Southampton.
One man expected to feature who did not make the first XI, though, is Theo Walcott, as an attacking trident of Jack Wilshere, Mesut Ozil and Tomas Rosicky is preferred while the zippy winger warms the bench.
Arsenal's defence remains strong, with Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny - arguably the most in-form pairing in the Premier League - shields Wojtech Szczesny in goal and is flanked by Nacho Monreal (covering Kieran Gibbs who is ill) and Bacary Sagna.
Two of Wenger's players of the season to date, Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud retain their place.
Arsenal starting XI: Szczesny; Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal; Flamini, Ramsey; Wilshere, Özil, Rosicky; Giroud.
Subs: Fabianski, Vermaelen, Arteta, Walcott, Cazorla, Bendtner, Gnabry.
