Jose Mourinho needs no reminder of the last time Chelsea played Basel, for they suffered a surprise 2-1 defeat which saw Roman Abramovich march into the dressing room.
The Special One will therefore be acutely aware of the threat posed by the Swiss side, knowing just one point will seal Chelsea's qualification to the knockout stages with a game to spare.
Here is how we expect Chelsea to line up for the fixture...
Ivanovic Terry Cahill Azpilicueta
Mikel Ramires Lampard
While the back five remains the same as the one which beat West Ham, we anticipate some changes further forward.
1) Schurrle in - We all know how Mourinho likes to rotate his forwards, and in this case we are rolling the dice on German forward Andre Schurrle being preferred to Eden Hazard, after his excellent performance in Chelsea's last Champions League away game against Schalke.
2) Torres in - Samuel Eto'o did little against West Ham to convince that he deserves to stay in the side, and put it this way, we don't foresee Demba Ba starting. So over to you Fernando.
