With the international break now behind us, club football returns to television screens up and down the country and there is no better fixture to reintroduce the Premier League than the so-called 'friendly' rivalry that is alleged to exist between Merseyside foes Liverpool and Everton.
Brendan Rodgers' Reds take on the blue of Roberto Martinez's Everton on Saturday, November 23 and the stakes are already high as a home win for the Toffees will see them minimise the three point gap between themselves and their visitors, with both teams on 23 in that scenario.
As well as points, they will also be fighting for local pride.
