CONFIRMED: England starting XI for Chile friendly

Who starts the game for England at Wembley this evening?

England take on Chile this evening - in an international friendly which could see a number of debutants.

Unfortunately the friendly has once again been besieged by injury problems ahead of the opening game, giving Chile star Alexis Sanchez credence to his claims that the nation has gone soft.

Rickie Lambert has become the latest absentee for the fixture - while Steven Gerrard, Kyle Walker, Michael Carrick, Danny Welbeck, Daniel Sturridge and co are also set to miss the game.

However that means Jay Rodriguez and Adam Lallana are both set for debuts - while Fraser Forster is set to deputise for Joe Hart in the goal.

So, enough speculation, here is the starting XI:

England XI: Forster, Johnson, Cahill, Jones, Baines, Lallana, Lampard, Wilshere, Milner, Rodriguez, Rooney

Subs: Smalling, Ruddy, Cole, Gibbs, Jagielka, Barkley, Cleverley, Henderson, Townsend, Defoe, Hart
