Belgium v Colombia line-ups - Chelsea target on bench, Lukaku dropped as De Bruyne starts

Belgium National Football Team

Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Everton, Liverpool, Arsenal and Aston Villa have interest in this game ... who plays?

Tonight sees a marquee international friendly getting under way, but not between two teams you might usually associate with the word marquee.

Belgium take on Colombia in an international friendly that sees two of the world’s most vastly improved international sides going toe-to-toe.

Indeed these two talented outfits currently adopt fourth and fifth position in the FIFA World Rankings and when you consider some of the talent on show it is easy to understand just how they got there in the first place.

Colombia have goal machines Radamel Falcao and Jackson Martinez - ably supported by James Rodriguez and Juan Cuadrado among many other talented individuals in what must be the most talented Colombia side in a generation.

Belgium have a plethora of Premier League stars at their disposal as we know. Two of the best goalkeepers in the world, arguably the best centre back in the world and two hungry young strikers vying for the starting spot. Throw Eden Hazard into the lot and it becomes clear this team should not be taking lightly.

There is plenty of Premier League interest in the game tonight. Cuadrado and Martinez have both recently been named as targets for Arsenal and Chelsea respectively.

For Belgium, no fewer than 12 of the squad are currently registered with Premier League teams, four of which belong to Chelsea - no wonder Jose Mourinho is going to watch, that and a certain Colombian striker might catch his eye.

So who is in and who is out from the players you want to know about … here is the starting XI for both teams and as you can see Jackson Martinez does not start, while Christian Benteke has come in for Romelu Lukaku.

Belgium: Mignolet; Meunier, Alderweireld, Vermaelen, Vertonghen; Witsel, Defour, Fellaini; Hazard, De Bruyne, Benteke

Colombia: Mondragón; Arias, Zapata, Perea, Armero; Sánchez, Aldo, James Rodriguez, Cuadrado; Muriel, Falcao.
