Generally the Q&A sessions involving the Gunners on Twitter are based around a player but with several of the club’s stars on international duty, the Arsenal boss stepped in to fill the void.
Needless to say the session saw several opposition fans chip in with some cheeky questions as they attempted to hijack the session but Arsenal fans also got some answers to serious questions in a unique insight from the Gunners boss.
It’s strange because Wenger is one of the Premier League’s old school managers, someone who has been in the Premier League before social media took off and before Twitter even existed.
However, he moves with the times and used the site to connect directly with fans in another change he’s made this year, after getting out his cheque book and spending some cash at the back end of the last transfer window.
