The New York Daily News reports that John C. Kelly a Morgan Stanley wealth manager has been charged with unlawful surveillance for video recording three women engaged in consensual sex acts with him. He is currently out on bail.
According to the newspaper, 'it was a sick reality show, and they (the three women) didn’t audition for it'.
Morgan Stanley private wealth manager Kelly secretly filmed sexual encounters with three women in his E. 69th St. pad between September 2011 and December 2012, prosecutors said Friday night.
'In this case, the defendant videotaped three unrelated women while they were performing sexual acts on him in his home', prosecutor Siobhan Carthy said at the finance big’s arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.
The alleged incidents involved the women at separate times.
