10 interesting stats ahead of the weekend Premier League fixtures

Stoke City, Norwich City, Manchester City, Crystal Palace, West Ham, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Aston Villa feature.

1 – Asmir Begović is one of Stoke City's joint-top Premier League goalscorers heading into the weekend; their 11th game of the season. The Stoke City goalkeeper scored a freak goal last weekend to give his side a 1-0 lead after just 13 seconds against Southampton with a wind-assisted hoof up field that caught out Artur Boruc in the opposing goal.

4.8% – Norwich City have the poorest conversion rate in front of goal this season, scoring with just 4.8% of their shots. No team has scored fewer than Chris Hughton's side's 6 goals after 10 matches. It doesn't get any easier for the Canaries this weekend when they host a West Ham side who have conceded just 1 goal in their five road trips this season and have kept clean sheets in 4 of their last 5 matches in all competitions.

5 – Sergio Agüero has scored in each of his last 5 Premier League appearances prior to Manchester City's trip to Sunderland on Sunday. The Argentinian scored 1 of Manchester City's 7 goals in their thrashing of Norwich City last weekend and scored two midweek in their 5-2 beating of CSKA Moscow in the Champions League.

7 – Crystal Palace are on a 7-game losing streak, heading into the weekend bottom of the Premier League. The Eagles are still yet to replace Ian Holloway ahead of the visit of Everton Saturday. Roberto Martínez will be without Arouna Koné for the rest of the season whilst Romelu Lukaku is a doubt for this match with a knee injury picked up in a collision with Hugo Lloris last weekend. Nikica Jelavić would be the obvious replacement if the Belgian striker doesn't pull through.

24 – West Ham's Mohamed Diamé has had the most shots in the Premier League this season (24) without scoring a goal. The Hammers are averaging less than one goal a game this season whilst striker Andy Carroll remains injured.

28 – The league's highest scorers Manchester City have already netted 28 goals this season. On Sunday they travel to face the league's worst defence, Sunderland. The Black Cats' 22 goals against this season is more than any other side and the odds are stacked against them for getting their first clean sheet of the season this weekend. Sunderland haven't kept a clean sheet in their last 14 Premier League games in all since beating Everton 1-0 in April.

64 – Arsenal have taken an impressive 64 points from a possible 78 in their last 26 Premier League matches dating back to the end of January. Arsène Wenger's side increased their lead at the top of the table to 5 points last weekend with a 2-0 victory over Liverpool. On Sunday they travel to Manchester United who had started to find their feet under David Moyes prior to a 0-0 draw with Real Sociedad midweek.

65 – José Mourinho is undefeated in all 65 of his Premier League matches at Stamford Bridge, winning 51. He will be looking for his Chelsea side to bounce back from their surprise 2-0 loss at Newcastle last weekend which saw the Blues fall 5 points behind leaders Arsenal. Chelsea play host to West Brom with the visitors avoiding defeat in 4 of their 5 away league fixtures this season.

90% – Hull City have conceded 9 of their 10 Premier League goals away from the KC Stadium this season. Steve Bruce's side have allowed just 1 goal in their five home games but have not travelled so well. The Tigers travel to Southampton on Saturday with Mauricio Pochettino's side having conceded just 1 goal at St Mary's this season, scoring 7 of their 11 goals at home.

375 – Aston Villa have gone 375 minutes of Premier League action since they last scored. Andreas Weimann scored the last goal for the Villans – the winner at home to Manchester City in late September. Paul Lambert's side went through the whole of October without scoring a single goal. Aston Villa host Cardiff City this weekend – with the visitors keeping a clean sheet in back-to-back games heading into the match at Villa Park.
