Arsenal stars react to Dortmund win on Twitter: Roll on United!

Arsenal secured victory in Germany and the club's stars took to Twitter to express their elation, led by Ian Wright, who is relishing Manchester United.

Arsenal left Borussia Dortmund with a smash-and-grab victory having defeated their hosts by a slender 1-0 margin thanks to an Aaron Ramsey goal via Olivier Giroud.

The match came in the middle of a testing week for the Gunners but, thus far, they have passed every examination. Just last weekend they scalped fellow Premier League title hopefuls Liverpool by a convincing two goals to nil, displaying bouncebackability following a League Cup exit after a loss to Chelsea.

That Blues defeat, though, is a mere distant memory as the club could not be in a more confident mood heading into an Old Trafford clash with Manchester United, reigniting a fierce and competitive turn-of-the-millennium rivalry.

While the playing staff focused their social media delight on the result at the Signal Iduna Park, club legend and media pundit Ian Wright couldn't help but look toward the weekend's fixture: 'Roll on Sunday!'
