Manchester United face Real Sociedad this week for the second time in the Champions League, after beating them 1-0 at Old Trafford.
As well as former Arsenal man Carlos Vela, their main threat comes from the opposite wing in Frenchman Antoine Griezmann.
The winger has been telling SkySports he is confident of springing an upset, but crucially adds his opponents want to sign him too.
He said: "In the last few years some English clubs have looked at me and Man United is on that list but that does not influence my work.
"I have always focused on Real Sociedad and done my best in each match."
He also admitted that winger Ryan Giggs is one of his idols, although he cites Wayne Rooney as this week's key dangerman.
Griezmann is in superb form, continuing where he left off last season. The 22-year-old has seven goals in 10 La Liga games this season.
Last year he scored 12 goals and provided six assists as he helped Sociedad claim a surprise fourth placed finish.
He is valued at £17.5 million by portal transfermakt.co.uk, and as one of the best left-winger prospects in Europe, although is still awaiting his first French senior cap.
He can do himself a whole lot of good by firing down United in midweek, and making himself even more desirable to the Red Devils.

Should United sign him up?
