Tevez joined Juve from Manchester City in June for around £10m and has already cemented his position in the Bianconeri starting 11 with a steady stream of Serie A goals.
The fans have taken to Tevez and his work rate has won him the admiration of former Juve idol Nedved.
"Carlos is like me and also Conte in our day," Nedved told Tuttosport. "He has a crazy determination and would be in a team of Juventus greats along with us.
"He is a phenomenon. When we signed him we knew for sure that he was the kind of player who never gives up.
"He's someone who makes things happen on the pitch and never gives up when he chases the ball."
Tevez has had problems with coaches in the past, most notably with Roberto Mancini when at Manchester City, but current boss Conte seems to be pleased with his attitude.
"He is an exemplary professional who always puts the team first," he told Sky. "You can't hope for more than that."
