Manchester United never got the chance to see the best of Zoran Tosic.
The pint sized left winger impressed for their reserve team but wasn't given a run in the side by Sir Alex Ferguson after being signed from Partizan Belgrade.
He was eventually moved onto CSKA Moscow, where the Serbian has carved out an impressive career for himself.
He showed what he was about in their Champions League tie against Manchester City, scoring the opening goal against Joe Hart.
It was not enough to stop them losing 2-1 to a Sergio Aguero brace, but it will have given United fans a brief smile before their own-goal assisted victory over Real Sociedad.
