Two Arsenal stars involved in social media shenanigans…
France international Giroud has been fundamental in an Arsenal side currently at the summit of the Premier League table thanks due to a string of stellar performances. In Premier League action alone, Giroud has returned four assists and four goals in 684 minutes, an efficiency rate of one goal/assist every 85 minutes.
Additionally, the tall striker has created 14 chances, has taken a total of 22 shots (nine of which on target) and has proven particularly useful in the air, winning 46 tussels off-the-ground.
On Tuesday evening, Giroud scored an open goal volley at the end of the first half of Arsenal's match against Borussia Dortmund, a tie they would go on to lose 2-1, however, at the time, Olivier's effort excited Frimpong so much that he felt obliged to honour him by posting an image from a France rugby calendar.
Frimpong was loaned to Fulham last season.
