A round up of the key news stories about Tottenham Hotspur this morning.

Tottenham star Andros Townsend says he’s fighting to keep his feet on the ground after a brilliant two weeks.

Townsend scored in Tottenham’s win at Aston Villa yesterday to follow up some impressive performances for England during the recent international break.

“It's been one of the best few weeks of my life. Obviously scoring for my country on debut is one of the highlights of my career, but a first Premier League goal for my hometown club is pretty special too,” he told Sky Sports.

Tottenham have urged season ticket holders and club members to fill out a survey about using ‘Yid’ chants at home games.

Spurs fans have been urged over the last few weeks to decrease the frequency with which they use chants using the word.

However, despite mass chanting using the word ‘Yid’ by Tottenham fans during the recent defeat to West Ham United, only one Tottenham supporter was arrested.
