Depending on the result of Liverpool’s match against Newcastle United, Arsenal could slip to second before their game against Norwich City finishes early this evening. But the Gunners will only be thinking about another three points in a bid to maintain their outstanding start to the campaign.
With Mesut Ozil’s injury not as bad as first feared, Arsene Wenger will be breathing a huge sigh of relief; while Bacary Sagna and Santi Cazorla have also recovered from hamstring and ankle injuries respectively.
Norwich are hoping midfielder Anthony Pilkington will be fit after he was forced to withdraw from the Republic of Ireland squad last week.
The Canaries have not won at Arsenal since the inaugural Premier League season back in 1992, winning 4-2 having initially been 2-0 down. In their five league visits since then, they have drawn two and lost three.
What do you think the result will be this afternoon?
