France have named their starting line-up for their World Cup qualifier against Finland.
Laurent Koscielny has shaken off a calf injury to make France's starting line-up against Finland.
The Arsenal centre-back missed Les Bleus' 6-0 friendly win over Australia on Friday after pulling up with an injury on the first day of international training last week.
However as we revealed yesterday morning, Koscielny was making excellent progress and had returned to full training with the rest of the France squad.
It was still possible the defender could have been rested, with France needing not only to beat Finland, but for Georgia to pull off an almighty shock by beating Spain, with a three goal swing in their favour to clinch top spot.
A play-off spot is already guaranteed. Arsenal fans will hope his selection is no unnecessary risk, with Per Mertesacker missing Germany's dead rubber against Sweden with a cold.
France's confirmed line-up is as follows: Lloris, Debuchy, Koscielny, Abidal, Evra. Matuidi, Pogba, Valbuena, Nasri, Ribery, Giroud.
Should Deschamps have rested him, or is his return simply good news for the Gunners? What do you think?
