A round up of key news stories this morning about Chelsea.
German side Wolfsburg have confirmed their interest in signing Chelsea youngster Kevin De Bruyne.
Chelsea’s young Belgian has been strongly linked with a move back to the Bundesliga this week after falling out of favour at Stamford Bridge.
“We as a club have shown interest in the services of Kevin De Bruyne. During the summer we dropped out because Chelsea didn’t want to let him go,” sporting director Klaus Allofs told Sky Deutschland.
Chelsea will tempt FC Schalke with a £25 million bid for Julian Draxler.
Reports suggested Chelsea are firmly interested in the German youngster and ready to try and buy him this winter.
However, Schalke general manager Horst Heldt remains confident the player will stay at the club for the rest of the season as he tries to fight his way into the Germany World Cup squad.
Another signing that Chelsea are being tipped to make all over the media is that of Turkish star Burak Yilmaz.
The Blues will offer around £20 million for the Galatasaray striker as Jose Mourinho looks to sure up his frontline.
There are even suggestions that Chelsea will use striker Demba Ba in part exchange to try and force through a transfer this winter.
