All the latest news and gossip from Goodison Park.
Roberto Martinez has been singing the praises of loan signing Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian striker has been in fine form since arriving at the club from Chelsea on Deadline Day.
And while people ponder the reasons why the London club decided to allow him the move to Goodison Park, Martinez is simply embracing his presence:
"He has an incredible awareness and his link-up play with Ross Barkley is not coincidence.
"He is a modern target man. There aren't many of that type around - you have the clever sort with good mobility and space awareness. Then you've got the powerful one and he is a mixture, which is exciting. He can be as good as he wants to be…It is like seeing a young man who has now become a proper man."
Phil Jagielka is away with England for international duty this week - and he is confident that England will qualify for the World Cup with victory against Montenegro and Poland.
He says the team are disappointed not to have finished their business by now, but have no plans on relying on the other teams in their group doing them any favours.
Everton keeper Tim Howard has been singing the praises of Roberto Martinez. The USA goalkeeper has bought into the footballing philosophy of his new Everton boss and is happy with the change in playing style:
"We do that and we push forward and try to impact the game in a positive way. It's been exciting. It's been a good change and the players seem to have bought into it so it's working."
The 32-year-old, on loan from Manchester City, has not played for England since May 2012 - but is hoping that can all change before the World Cup this summer:
"We do that and we push forward and try to impact the game in a positive way.
"It's been exciting. It's been a good change and the players seem to have bought into it so it's working."
