Romelu Lukaku turned in a man-of-the-match display for Everton in their 3-2 win over Newcastle.
Lukaku scored two goals and provided one assist, as well has having two strikes he converted in the first half disallowed.
It was a dominant display from the on loan Belgian forward, with several Chelsea fans no doubt scratching their heads as to why Jose Mourinho cast him aside so easily.
In the Sky studio, pundits Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville were glowing in their praise of the international striker, who has the technique and poise to add to his physical prowess.
Carragher said: "I look at players like this, and that's probably why I retired!
"You don't want to be coming up against players like that
"You mention the goals, power and strength but his passing, the weight of the pass, he's got so much about him."
He was backed up by co-pundit Gary Neville: "You wouldnt want to play against him. He is a massive handful."
Lukaku's display certainly exposed Newcastle's defensive deficiencies, and has also served to put the rest of the Premier League on notice, as if they weren't aware of his qualities already.
