Facebook has signed a deal to move its UK headquarters from London's Covent Garden to almost 90,000 sq ft of space just north of Tottenham Court Road.

Its firm has signed a 10-year lease for two floors of a new building on 10 Brock Street where Twitter and Manchester City FC will be fellow tenants.

Yahoo had also been looking at the building off Hampstead Road, according to Building.co.uk.

Google is also moving from London's West End – work on its new headquarters next to King's Cross station has already begun.
