Marouane Fellaini has been given extra time before meeting up with the Belgian national team. He is heavily linked with Manchester United today.

Paris Saint-Germain are said to be in the running for Juan Mata of Chelsea. A £30 million bid is set to be in the offing and he is now said to be in talks with the club.

Yohan Cabaye is staying at Newcastle United. No bids are expected from Arsenal or Paris Saint-Germain.

Peter Odemwingie, no stranger to deadline day drama, has agreed a deal to join Cardiff City. This looks a DONE DEAL!

West Brom’s bid for Victor Anichebe of Everton has been rejected. However a deal for Stephane Sessegnon does seem likely.

DONE DEAL: West Brom have signed Lee Camp. The free agent has arrived as cover for Ben Foster, who is out for 12 weeks, on a rolling contract.

Chelsea are looking to send Josh McEachran and Nathaniel Chalobah out on loan this season - but to Premier League teams. Crystal Palace are said to be keen.

Wigan Athletic have made a bid of £6 million plus add-ons for Jordan Rhodes of Blackburn Rovers. Blackburn maintain he is not for sale.

Reports in Italy suggest a deal for Arsenal to sign Palermo Goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano on a season long loan is complete.

DONE DEAL: Liverpool youngster Dani Pacheco has signed a permanent deal at Spanish club AD Alcorcon.

DONE DEAL: Barry Bannan has signed for Crystal Palace on a three-year deal.

Ongoing Developments:

Mesut Ozil is having a medical in Munich ahead of a move to Arsenal. The deal should be announced within the next hour.

Arsenal continue to talk with Chelsea over the potential loan signing of Demba Ba. Chelsea want a £3 million fee whereas Arsenal are happy to pay £1.5 million. Valencia and Napoli are also keen.

Guillem Balague reports that Manchester United are willing to pay Ander Herrera’s buyout clause of €36m. They will have to pay it full in cash and it was reported earlier that the player wants to move to Manchester.

Sky Sports News reports that there are ongoing talks between Everton and Manchester United over the potential sale of Marouane Fellaini.

Meanwhile Everton are currently looking to bring in Wigan’s James McCarthy, they had a bid rejected yesterday and Dave Whelan is looking for a fee of £14m for the midfielder.

Everton are also after Fernando of Porto, with Roberto Martinez attending a Work Permit hearing in London this morning.

Stoke City and Aston Villa are thrashing out a loan deal for forgotten talent Stephen Ireland.

Aston Villa are holding talks with Lazio over a deal for forward Libor Kozak.

Tottenham's Tom Carroll is on the verge of completing a season long loan move to Championship club Queens Park Rangers.

Done Deals:

Gareth Bale has passed a medical and completed his world-record transfer to Real Madrid. He was presented in front of 20,000 fans at the Santiago Bernabeu. He said it was a dream move for him having followed the club since he was 11.

Liverpool have completed deals for Tiago Ilori, Mamadou Sakho and Victor Moses, the latter on a one-year loan deal from Chelsea.

Adrian Mariappa has completed his move to Crystal Palace from Reading.

Swansea City have agreed a deal with Getafe’s striker Alvaro Vasquez. It is initially a loan deal.
