MANCHESTER UNITED: It is reported that United are joining the race for Mesut Ozil, this is fresh so keep an eye on the reports.

Bafetimbi Gomis will be staying at Newcastle United - as confirmed by Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas. Newcastle United were said to be interested.

Tottenham are not said to be done in the transfer market. Despite reports that Fabio Coentrao would be staying in the Spanish capital it is reported that Spurs will make a move for the player.

Meanwhile Tom Carroll is set to join QPR on loan - ahead of interest from Watford and Ajax.

DONE DEAL: Liverpool have signed Mamadou Sakho from Paris Saint-Germain.

Brighton have rejected bids from Crystal Palace for Liam Bridcutt and Leonardo Ulloa.

DONE DEAL: Stoke City have signed Kevin Gomez from Feyenoord.

Liverpool are set to confirm the loan signing of Victor Moses imminently, with it reported that he could arrive at lunchtime.

Aston Villa are said to be closing in on Libor Kozak of Lazio.

West Brom and West Ham target Fabio Quagliarella is now being linked with Roma and Lazio in Italy.

Ongoing developments

Newcastle United are reportedly joining the race for Tom Ince. Tottenham reportedly want to buy him and loan him back to Blackpool this summer. However Blackpool seem set to keep the player.

Bilbao newspaper El Correo has claimed that Ander Herrera has an agreement in principal to go to Manchester United. The same source also claims the player has agreed personal terms, with the final obstacle United’s willingness to pay the buyout clause in his contract at Athletic Bilbao.

Everton are working on a deal with Wigan Athletic for midfielder James McCarthy. The Toffees had a £10 million offer rejected by the Championship side and will have to up their bid to £14 million to push the deal through. They are also looking to bring Gareth Barry in on loan from Manchester City.

It comes as Marouane Fellaini continues to be linked with Manchester United. David Moyes wants to bring both Leighton Baines and the Belgian to Old Trafford. However a deal to sign Fellaini appears to be the most likely arrival.

Arsenal continue to chase Julian Draxler, Angel Di Maria, Yohan Cabaye, Emiliano Viviano and Abel Hernandez. While there are contrasting reports on Mesut Ozil, as English press feel it could happen - Spanish press are not so sure.

Juan Mata could leave Chelsea today. Some reports have suggested that the Spaniard could hand in an official transfer request at Chelsea as part of a move to put pressure on Jose Mourinho to let him leave the club. Arsenal are said to be keen.

Swansea City want a striker. Peter Odemwingie, no stranger to Transfer Deadline day drama, is being linked with the club, but Cardiff City could rival.

Former Norwich City striker Kei Kamara is in England - expected to join Middlesbrough.

Crystal Palace have Reading defender Adrian Mariappa undergoing a medical at the club as we speak. Aston Villa midfielder Barry Bannan is also reported to be at their training ground.

Done deal

News from Italy, where AC Milan have finalised a deal to bring Kaka back from Real Madrid.

Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Tiago Ilori from Sporting Lisbon.

West Bromwich Albion have snapped up Morgan Almafitano on a season-long loan deal from Marseille. He flew into England yesterday to complete the deal.

Stoke City have signed winger and forward Marko Arnautovic from Bundesliga side Werder Bremen for a fee of £2 million.

Gareth Bale completed that world record transfer to Real Madrid last night signing a six-year deal in a package worth £85 million. He will be unveiled at the Bernabeu at midday today.

Manchester City have also confirmed the arrival of Argentinian defender Martin Demichelis from Atletico Madrid.
