Confirmed - Liverpool v Manchester United line-ups

Here is how Liverpool and Manchester United shape up for the Premier League clash at Anfield, kick-off at 13:30 GMT.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Johnson, Enrique, Agger, Skrtel, Lucas, Henderson, Gerrard, Coutinho, Aspas, Sturridge.

Subs: Jones, Sterling, Wisdom, Kelly, Ibe, Flanagan, Alberto.

Manchester United: De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Young, Carrick, Cleverley, Giggs, Welbeck, van Persie.

Subs: Anderson, Hernandez, Nani, Valencia, Buttner, Lindegaard, Smalling.

Liverpool go into this game off the back of back-to-back wins in the Premier League. No side has managed to score a goal past Brendan Rodgers’ team in league football this season. A win would see Liverpool go top of the table until at least this evening with Arsenal v Spurs scheduled for later today.

It’s also a very big match for Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge who will be looking to maintain his form this season, which has seen him score in both of Liverpool’s matches so far. His goals are the only goals Liverpool have managed to produce.

Manchester United boss David Moyes will be looking for a reaction from his team following a 0-0 draw against Chelsea which they probably should have just edged over the course of the 90 minutes.

United will be confident after their 2-1 victory at Anfield last season, which came after Liverpool started the match playing some of the best football of the entire 2012/2013 league season but they are without Wayne Rooney due to a head injury.

What is your score prediction?
