Transfer news involving Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Everton, West Brom, Tottenham and Liverpool.
Chelsea are in the race for Tottenham Hotspur target Willian. The Anzhi Makhachkala forward is currently in the UK, after passing a medical with Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the week.
Both teams are now in advanced talks with the Brazilian, who is reportedly valued at £30 million.
Liverpool have reportedly told Real Madrid to think again if they are genuinely considering re-entering the race for Luis Suarez this summer.
Reports suggest that the potential sale of Karim Benzema would be with the view of Suarez arriving at the Bernabeu.
However, Liverpool are remaining adamant on the availability of their star player - who they say is going nowhere.
Manchester United and Chelsea continue to be at loggerheads over Wayne Rooney’s future. It is reported today that the Red Devils chief executive Ed Woodward has informed Roman Abramovich, by letter, to end his pursuit of the England international.
A third bid for the player is reportedly on the cards.
Arsenal are reportedly set to offer Mathieu Flamini a 12-month contract, five years after he quit North London for AC Milan. The free agent has been keeping fit at the clubs training ground, and has obviously impressed during that time.
Lukas Podolski’s agent has spoken out about apparent transfer talk regarding his client. The Arsenal star was linked with a number of clubs yesterday, most heavily Schalke 04.
But Kon Schramm stated:
"I have never been out to comment on speculation like this. And Lukas Podolski is under contract with Arsenal. This is a fact."
Steve Clarke has confirmed that Nicolas Anelka could retire from football this summer. He is said to be reeling from the death of his agent and friend Eric Manasse - and left contemplating whether he wants to remain a professional footballer in the process.
Liverpool are ready to make an approach for the ‘new Arjen Robben’. 16-year-old winger Richairo Zivkovic currently plays for FC Groningen.
Finally, and Marouane Fellaini reportedly wants to force through a move to Manchester United. The Belgian is wanted by former boss David Moyes at Old Trafford, and he reportedly fears this could be his last chance to earn a move to a Champions League outfit.
