Video: Liverpool's Sterling dazzles for Young Lions in 6-0 thumping

Official highlights of England Under-21s rout against Scotland U21s, with goals from Norwich City, Liverpool, Sunderland, Everton, Swansea City and Tottenham Hotspur players.

On Tuesday, August 13, England's Under-21s showed that - despite an underwhelming run of form throughout the summer - there is still hope for the future of the senior national team as Roy Hodgson's Young Lions battered neighbours Scotland in a 6-0 triumph.

Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond opened England's account after just three minutes of football, after being played through by Jonjo Shelvey. Exciting Anfield product Raheem Sterling added a second in the 38th minute as Redmond, goalscorer turned goal provider, attempted a pass that ricocheted off Connor Wickham and into the Liverpool hotshot's path, which he duly converted.

Wickham dinked the ball over Scottish glovesman Jordan Archer for the third, while Ross Barkley, Shelvey and Tom Carroll finished what The Scotsman described as a 'football lesson'.
