RBS CEO looks forward to going on holiday

The Body Holiday

It took just two hours after his successor Ross McEwan was announced for Stephen Hester to revealed his post-RBS plans.

The Telegraph reports that the ousted chief executive stated on Friday morning that he was particularly looking forward to a 'holiday and doing things you (the media) won’t photograph me about doing'.

With so much free time on his hands, it seems that Hester, a man of many interests, will be able to pursue his favourite leisure activities.

The gardening enthusiast’s passions are rooted in his Broughton Grange home in Oxfordshire and the development of its arboretum - home, apparently, to Small-leaved limes and Australian Wollemi pines - the first ever to be brought into the UK.

Also a keen hunter, back in 2008 the banker hosted a ball for those taking part in the Warwickshire Hunt.
