A round up of the latest transfer stories connected to Liverpool.
Liverpool are set to make an offer for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.
Morata has made 14 appearances for the Real Madrid first team since 2011 and is widely acknowledged as one of the best young strikers in Spain, regularly appearing for the Spanish Under-21 side.
Liverpool are thought to be putting £6 million on the table, with Real Madrid yet to respond.
Liverpool are reportedly in talks with Atletico Mineiro in a bid to sign 20-year-old winger Bernard.
The Brazilian has been linked with several Premier League clubs already this summer, but it seems Liverpool are leading the race to get him as Brendan Rodgers looks to add another attacking signing to the squad.
However, his release clause is thought to be around the £20 million mark, which Liverpool may have to be as Atletico Mineiro are showing no sign of budging on that valuation.
Liverpool youngster Dani Pacheco looks set to join Celta Vigo on loan.
The young striker was not included in Liverpool’s pre-season squad for the tours of Asia and Australia, which means he is free to talk through the technicalities of the deal.
Pacheco is expected to join Celta Vigo on loan initially with an option to make the deal permanent depending on how the loan goes.
