Arsenal fan Piers Morgan has once again urged the club to splash the cash.
It is just over one year since Piers Morgan's infamous extended Twitter rant at Arsenal - the club the CNN host supports, after it was confirmed Robin van Persie wanted to quit.
12 months on, with the Dutchman gone and the club scraping another top four finish, but with no silverware, Morgan like a number of Arsenal fans are growing impatient.
It is frustration heightened by the fact that promised big names are yet to arrive at the Gunners, with their only signing being France under-20 signing Yaya Sanogo.
With two targets manager Arsene Wenger has admitted his admiration for, keen to quit, Morgan this evening tweeted to urge Arsenal sign both Luis Suarez and Wayne Rooney.
With the club going into the summer boasting of a transfer pot of £70 million prior to player sales, signing both isn't impossible, but something tells us most Arsenal fans would be far less greedy and would simply settle for one.
Suarez and Rooney are both available and want to leave their clubs - if #Arsenal want to win trophies, break the bank and sign them both.— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) July 16, 2013
Football Manager syndrome or a genuine possibility?
