Arsenal's youth academy has always been bristling with talent under Arsene Wenger's management, and it seems more so than ever at present.
While the club have just signed French under-20 star Yaya Sanogo, it is a 17-year-old who is currently making waves at the Gunners.
Chuba Akpom is a seriously exciting young prospect, who bagged 10 goals in his final 10 games of the season for the club's under-21 side.
His run of form was so impressive that it saw him invited on Arsenal's pre-season tour, leading the line and starting against an Indonesia All Stars side in their opening friendly.
Akpom scored Arsenal's second goal of the game, sweeping home early in the second half after excellent work from fellow teenager Serge Gnabry.
It was his first senior goal for Arsenal, and while just a friendly, has given an early indication that he is not intimidated by the prospect of playing with the first team.
