Arsenal are said to be ready to test Liverpool’s resolve for Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez with a new offer worth £35 million. And according to Sky Sports Suarez may be open to the idea of staying in the Premier League. It had been reported that the striker was wanting to leave England due to his problem with the British media but they believe he would stay in the UK if he was with a Champions League team.
However it is reported they will have to fight it out with Real Madrid for his signature as the Spanish side also seek to bring him in this summer.
The Gunners may have a new interested party in Nicklas Bendtner. The Danish striker saw a move to Eintracht Frankfurt fall through last week over his salary and it is now reported Hull City are keen to bring him in. The Tigers boss signed Bendtner on loan whilst the boss at Birmingham City and Sunderland. He could cost up to £3 million.
"It's right we are also working on Ryo Miyaichi, but at the moment it's not clear what the situation is. After that, we can make a step. It's not that far yet."
The Japanese starlet has suffered with injury problems recently and played for the Rotterdam side for six months earlier in his career.
However it is not known whether The Gunners would be willing to sell or loan out the player.
Despite Arsenal preparing themselves for bad news with regards to Julio Cesar it appears the ‘imminent’ loan deal to Napoli is far from it. The Brazilian international’s agent said a move to the Serie A outfit was almost done but QPR insist no offer has been made for the player.
Finally and Arsenal target Ashley Williams has been handed the club captaincy at Swansea City. Gary Monk has stepped aside to allow the Welsh leader to take the role.
