After rumours first arose on social media about perfect fit the player would be at The Emirates it has been reported today that Arsenal may join AS Roma and Inter Milan in the hunt for the talented defender.
Santi Cazorla and Nacho Monreal will not travel with the rest of the squad on their tour of the Far East this summer. The Gunners are set to visit Indonesia, Vietnam and Japan this summer as part of their off-season preparations but the two Spanish internationals are to be granted amnesty from the games as they recover from the Confederations Cup; of which they contest the final later tonight. They should return for the Emirates Cup in August.
