European transfer talk: Featuring Capoue, Toulalan and Vydra

News and gossip from the continent this Thursday including Arsenal, Tottenham and Sunderland targets.

Udinese forward Matej Vydra is said to be in discussions with Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen over a potential loan deal at the club next season. The Czech Republic international spent last season out on loan at Championship outfit Watford however they may struggle to convince him to return to Vicarage Road after failing to earn Premier League promotion. Werder would look to offer a loan spell with a view towards making it permanent.

Monaco are said to be after AC Milan full-back Mattia De Sciglio. The Italian international is currently out on international duty with the Azzurri and AS Monaco are apparently lining him up as a potential target.

Etienne Capoue is negotiating a deal with Monaco as well. The French international was recently informed that he can leave his current club Toulouse for €15 million this summer. It now seems Monaco have struck first blood in the pursuit of the player.

Granada have signed Rayo Vallecano striker Piti on a free transfer. The 32-year-old was available for nothing after his contract expired. He scored 18 league goals last season and has doubled his salary at his new club.

Napoli are reportedly looking to replace Edinson Cavani with fellow South American goal machine Oscar Cardozo. The Benfica player is said to be looking for an exit from Portugal this summer and Rafa Benitez sees him as the perfect replacement for Cavani; who himself is widely expected to move on.

Staying in France and Jeremy Toulalan is being linked with a move back to Ligue 1 this summer. The French international is currently available for transfer as Malaga look to trim their wage bill and new Rennes manager Phillipe Montanier is apparently ready to bring him back to France.

Finally and Yann M’Vila is already being linked with a move away from Rubin Kazan. The French international is being linked with a move to Anzhi Makhachkala where he would be receiving a pay-rise and would be slightly more West then his current Tatarstan location.
